Founding coalition partners include Tech Talent Project, the Volcker Alliance, United States Digital Response, Technologists for Public Good, the Beeck Center, New America, NobleReach Foundation, PopVox, the Federation of American Scientists, the Partnership for Public Service, AnitaB, Coding it Forward, and the Horizon Institute for Public Service.
